Anita & Grant's wedding, Barcaldine Castle, Oban - part two

Barcaldine Castle is a little hidden gem I had never heard of before. It's a luxurious B&B overlooking Loch Crenan, near Oban and it's just picture perfect inside and out.

Anita was telling me that they viewed many a castle around Scotland, it HAD to be a castle, and the minute they visited Barcaldine, they fell in love with it. Turreted suites, a haunted Great Hall, spiral stone stair well, I wasn't surprised it was booked over other venues for their big day.

The bride got ready in the Breadalbine suite, with a roll top bath and four poster bed, it certainly was fit for a queen!
